Business Transformation

Investment Governance: Transformation Team (143)

Description

You define the stage-gate structure, serve as a primary approver at earlier gates, and monitor program health through execution and benefit realization. This course walks you through each of those responsibilities, stage by stage, inside the App.

The course follows the five-stage governance lifecycle: Idea, Plan, Execute, Realize, and Complete. A shared introduction covers how the stage-gate process works and why it matters. From there, each lesson focuses on one stage and the screens you will use. You will learn how the Pipeline tab reveals pipeline gaps during the Idea stage, how to review business cases and make approval decisions from the Approvals tab during Plan, how to monitor delivery using the Workstream Reporting Dashboard, Roadmap, and RAID tabs during Execute, and how to validate outcomes using the Impacts and Budget tabs during Realize and Complete.

Each lesson includes short screen recordings demonstrating the workflows, followed by on-screen text reinforcing key concepts. The course takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

To earn your completion, finish all seven lessons in this course. A feedback survey is included at the end of your Learning Path, and we encourage you to share your experience so we can continue improving this content.

Additional Investment Governance courses for the Workstream Team and Initiative Team are available in the Shibumi University catalog.
